I had a disappointing experience at this spa. We came all the way from Patong expecting a professional lymphatic massage service, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The massage room setup was very basic and lacked the standard of a professional spa environment. At the end of the session, we were asked to pay 1,300 THB, which did not match the price I had already confirmed through the booking app. I had to explain multiple times that the service was prepaid at the listed rate, and it took them quite some time to recognize and verify their own online booking system. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
