The 22-item health checkup for working adults (Office Check Health Program) (15 years and older) includes the following tests:

Package Information:
- For all genders aged 15 years and older.
- Service time is approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the number of patients on that day.
- Results are available within approximately 2-3 hours, and will be provided by the doctor.
- If you are unable to receive results in person, you can receive them online. Please inform the staff at the counter.
- Appointments should be made 2-3 days in advance.
- Testing involves blood and urine samples.
- A medical certificate is available upon request to certify that you have attended the package. This certificate is free of charge. Please inform the staff at the counter if you wish to request it.
- This price is valid for Thai citizens only.

Preparation Before Service:
- Refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-10 hours before the service. (Plain water is permitted.)
- Avoid all alcoholic beverages at least 24 hours before the service.
- Get enough sleep, approximately 6-8 hours.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease of examination. Two-piece outfits are recommended, and avoid wearing full-coverage bras.
- For women, avoid the examination during menstruation. The examination should be held at least 7 days before and after the end of menstruation.
For women, if you are pregnant or suspect you are pregnant, please inform the staff before the examination.
