This is not my first time here, and I have generally been satisfied in the past. However, on this visit, I feel the need to deduct points for the service provided by the staff member working inside the female-only area. The staff member could improve her tone of voice, choice of words, and overall facial expression when speaking to customers. The interaction felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, during cleaning and arranging items, objects were handled quite roughly, with loud noises that disrupted what was meant to be a relaxing and peaceful environment. Unfortunately, this caused my rest and relaxation time to feel quite negative. I hope the management can take this feedback constructively and make improvements in the future.
