Conditions of Use
1. This offer is reserved for Thai citizens only.
2. Services are available at the Diabetes Center, 19th floor, Phya Thai 3 Hospital only.
3. The price includes doctor's fees and hospital service fees.
4. Please refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-12 hours (plain water is allowed) before the health checkup.

6. Conditions are as determined by the hospital. The hospital reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
7. Service period is until December 31, 2025.
8. Due to the high volume of patients on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, we apologize for any inconvenience.
- Age of patients: 15 years and older.
- Minimum weight or BMI: BMI 28 and above. However, if you are interested in getting tested, you can still get tested.
- Service duration: 2-3 hours, depending on the number of patients.
- How long does it take to get test results? Will the doctor inform you of the results? Results are available within 3-4 hours. The doctor will inform you of the results.
- Is the price the same for foreigners? This price is for Thai citizens only.
- Can I get a medical certificate? Is there an additional charge? Yes, there is no charge.
- Preparation before the service: Refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-10 hours.
