About This Service

The personalized health checkup package (18 items) for individuals aged 15 years and older includes the following tests:
1. Physical examination and medical history taking by a general practitioner
2. Blood pressure and pulse measurement
3. Visual acuity assessment (VA)
4. Weight and height measurement
5. Body fat percentage measurement
6. Complete blood count (CBC)
7. Fasting blood sugar test

Note:

- This price is valid for Thai citizens only.
- In case of abnormalities found, requiring further diagnosis and treatment, or if the doctor recommends additional tests, there will be additional charges based on the actual cost of specialized doctor's fees, service fees, or medication.

Additional Package Information:
- For all genders aged 15 years and older.
- Service time, including results, is approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the number of patients.
- Examination involves blood tests and X-rays.
- Appointments should be made at least 2-3 days in advance.
- Results are available within approximately 2-3 hours, and a doctor will inform you of the results.
- If you are unable to receive results in person, online delivery is available. Please inform the staff of your request.
- A medical certificate is available upon request, certifying that you have undergone the examination as per the package. There is no additional charge. Please inform the staff before your visit.

Preparation Before the Service:
- Refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-12 hours before the service.
- Refrain from all alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours before the health checkup.
- Get enough sleep, approximately 6-8 hours.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease of examination. Two-piece outfits are recommended, and avoid wearing full-coverage bras.
For women, if you are pregnant or suspect you are pregnant, please inform the staff before the examination.
