Each session is designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility and mobility, enhance balance, and develop better body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements using premium  Pilates equipment.

Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to take your practice to the next level, this package offers the perfect balance of individual attention and group motivation. Train alongside others while still receiving professional coaching to ensure proper technique and safe, effective progress.

Service Terms & Conditions
- This package is valid for new customers of CTRL Pilates Studio only.
- Advance reservation by phone is required before your appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted for this package.
- Please contact the studio directly to check class availability and confirm your booking before visiting.
- Each customer is eligible to purchase and redeem this trial package once only.
- If it is found that the customer has previously received any service at CTRL Pilates Studio, the studio reserves the right to decline redemption, cancel the booking, and no refund will be provided.
- This package cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise specified by the studio.
- Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session.
