Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCOMFORTABLE experience. 🤬 The staff kept aggressively pushing additional services the entire time. She repeatedly asked if I had done keratin before, how much I paid, and where, clearly trying to gauge how much I could afford. It felt intrusive and inappropriate. I purchased a service through GoWabi and confirmed beforehand that it could be used. She said yes. After finishing, she suddenly claimed it wasn’t the correct service and asked me to pay extra, blaming it on “not checking properly.” That is not the customer’s responsibility. Constant upselling, poor verification, and shifting the mistake onto the client. Huge red flag. I do *NOT recommend* this place at all!!!
