Conditions for Service:
1. Please make an appointment in advance via the Health Up application or by calling 1772.
2. Please refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-12 hours (plain water is allowed) before the health checkup.
3. Participants must be 15 years of age or older.
4. This program is for Thai citizens only. Or foreigners working in Thailand (Expat) or married to a Thai national.
5. If purchasing online, please present the e-coupon before receiving the test.
6. Tests can be received at the Health Promotion Center, 8th floor, Building B, Phyathai 2 Hospital.
