สวัสดีค่ะ ลูกค้าควรรีวิวจากความจริงนะคะ ไม่ใช่รีวิวจากความคิดของตัวเอง ที่บอกว่าพนักงานเมา คือมันเป็นการหมิ่นประมาทร้านอย่างรุนแรงมากๆ จะมีร้านไหนที่พนักงานดื่มเหล้าเวลางานบ้างคะ ทั้งที่ร้านเป็นร้านนวดสายขาว ต้องรับลูกค้าตลอดทั้งวัน ถ้าดื่มจริงคงมีลูกค้าคนอื่นคอมเพลนแล้วค่ะ และถ้าพนักงานดื่มเหล้า คงโดนไล่ออกไปนานแล้วค่ะ ทางร้านพยายามจะให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างเต็มที่ แต่ลูกค้าไม่ให้เกียรติร้านเลย ตอนที่ลูกค้ามาใช้บริการเสร็จ ระหว่างรอเพื่อนก็คุยโทรศัพท์ที่ชั้นล่างเสียงดังมากๆไปถึงชั้น2ชั้น3 และคุยนานเป็นสิบกว่านาที ทั้งที่มีลูกค้าท่านอื่นนวดอยู่ด้วย ทางร้านยังไม่ว่าลูกค้าสักคำเลยค่ะ เพราะคำว่าเกรงใจ แต่จากเหตุการณ์นี้ ที่ลูกค้ารีวิวในสิ่งที่ไม่ใช่ความจริง ทางร้านไม่ขอยอมรับ และคิดว่าถ้าลูกค้าไม่พอใจกับการบริการของทางร้าน ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกใช้บริการของร้านอื่นได้เลยนะคะ ทางร้านยินดีให้บริการลูกค้าที่น่ารักทุกท่าน และยอมรับปรับปรุงในสิ่งที่ผิดพลาด แต่ถ้าเรื่องไหนที่ไม่จริง ก็ขอตอบโต้ให้ถึงที่สุดเช่นกันค่ะ
