Suitable for: Individuals experiencing frequent or chronic lower abdominal pain; those aged 30 and above who should have this done annually; commonly performed on women aged 25 and above; and those experiencing regular menstrual cramps or irregular periods (heavy or light bleeding). This procedure is suitable for both men and women.
Preparation: Drink plenty of water and hold your urine. A full bladder helps push the intestines forward, making the uterus, ovaries, prostate, or bladder stones more clearly visible.
