ขอบพระคุณสำหรับรีวิวนะคะ ทางร้านขอเรียนชี้แจงดังนี้ 1) เนื่องจากลูกค้าเลือกเมนูนวดอโรม่า คอบ่าไหล่ ซึ่งการนวดดังกล่าวจะเป็นการนวดผ่อนคลายและการนวดต้องใช้น้ำมันนวดซึ่งไม่สามารถใช้ผ้าห่มมาปกปิดส่วนที่นวดได้แต่หากลูกค้ารู้สึกหนาวเกินไปสามารถแจ้งพนักงานปรับอุหภูมิแอร์ได้ 2) การนวดอโรม่าคือการนวดผ่อนคลาย หากลูกค้าต้องการให้เน้นน้ำหนักสามารถแจ้งพนักงานได้ค่ะ 3) ในส่วนของเตียงนวดนั้น ทางร้านเรามีนโยบายไม่ใช้ผ้าหรืออุปกรณ์การนวดซ้ำ จะมีการเปลี่ยนผ้าปู ปลอกหมอน ผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกครั้งที่ใช้งานและทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์โดยเข้าตู้อบฆ่าเชื้ออย่างสม่ำเสมอ จึงมีความมั่นใจในเรื่องความสะอาดและปลอดภัยในระดับมาตรฐาน ทั้งนี้จึงเรียนมาเพื่อแสดงความจริงใจและใส่ใจในการให้บริการลูกค้าเป็นอย่างสูง และทางร้านยินดีรับฟังทุกเสียงของลูกค้าเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้นในครั้งถัดไป และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้ให้บริการที่ดียิ่งขึ้นในโอกาสหน้าค่ะ
