นวดเสร็จแล้วนะคะ ต้องขอพูดแบบตรงไปตรงมากับการบริการในวันนี้นะคะ 1. นัดไว้ 15:00 แต่พอไปถึง ไม่มี พนง อยู่เลย จนได้ส่งข้อความไปหาแอดมินเพจ 2. 15:15 คุณป้า เป็นคนนวดให้ค่ะ ก่อนนวด มีการ confirmed ว่า 1.5 ชม 3. การขัดตัว ไม่โอเคเลย ป้าเหมือนขัดไม่เป็น ไม่วนผิว ขัดไปเรื่อย ตรงโน่นที ตรงนี้มี เอาตรงๆ คือเหมือนขัดไม่เป็น 4. อาบน้ำเสร็จ 16:45 ป้าให้นอนบนเตียง ที่ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนผ้าปู ซึ่งเตียงมีแต่ทรายขัดผิว ป้าแกเอาผ้าปูออก แล้วบอกให้เรานอนลง โดยที่ไม่ปูผ้าใหม่ ซึ่งผ้ามีแต่คราบ จนเราต้องใช้ผ้าห่อตัว ปูลงไปเอง ( เน้นว่าปูผ้าเอง จัดหมอนเอง) 5. ป้ากดน้ำมันจากขวดใส่ตัวเราโดยตรง จนท่วมไปหมด นวดทางโน่นทีทางนี้ที เราขอให้เน้นหลัง แกใช้ศอก แต่นวดไม่เป็นจังหวะเช่นเดิม ไม่มีการนวดสะบัด/ไหล่ คอ คือป้าแกเน้นแต่ขา 6. 16:27 ป้าแกบอกเสร็จแล้ว…โดยที่ไม่มีการนวดศีรษะและจับท่านั่งทุบหลังใดๆ จนเราต้องท้วงป้าไปว่า ยังไม่ครบชั่วโมงเลยนะคะ ต้องนวดจนถึง 16:45 ป้าบอกขอโทษ และนวดต่อ จน พนง อีกคนเข้ามาแจ้งว่าเกินเวลาแล้ว ( ซึ่งป้าก็ไม่ได้ดูเวลา) 7. คุณป้าแกเป็นหวัด มีน้ำมูกฟึดฟัด มีการขอไปเข้าห้องน้ำ 1 ครั้งระหว่างขัดตัว และสั่งน้ำมูกในห้อง 1 ครั้งระหว่างนวด (ไม่ล้างมือและนวดต่อเลย) ไม่ทราบว่า ได้ตรวจโควิดหรือไม่? พนง ไม่พร้อมให้บริการ ก็ไม่ควรให้ทำงานนะคะ 8. พนง หน้าห้องเปิดเพลง ร้องเพลงเสียงดัง คนมานวดเพื่ออยากผ่อนคลาย ก็ไม่ได้ผ่อนคลายเลยค่ะ ในห้องนวดก็ไม่มีเพลงบรรเลงด้วย 9. ไม่มีน้ำดื่มบริการทั้งก่อนและหลังนวดค่ะ ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น เราขอให้คะแนนการนวดครั้งนี้ 1/10 ที่ให้คะแนน 1 คะแนนเพราะ Facility ทางร้านดีมาก เป็นสัดส่วน ตกแต่งสวย แต่บริการแบบนี้ ถึงราคาไม่กี่ร้อยบาท เราก็เสียดายเงินและเวลาที่ขับรถไปค่ะ เรายังเหลือคูปองที่ซื้อไว้อีก 1 ครั้ง ครั้งหน้ารบกวนจัดหมอนวดที่ professional กว่านี้ให้ด้วยนะคะ
