พนง อัธยาศัยดีมาก สอบถามสภาพพื้นหน้าเล็บและให้คำแนะนำก่อนให้บริการ นั่งคุยเพลินมาก สีมีให้เลือกใหม่ๆสวยมาก อุปกรณ์มาตรฐานเกินราคารอโปรมาอีกนะคะจะเป็นลูกค้าประจำแน่นอน ปล.ร้านอยู่ในคอนโดที่จอดรถเยอะมากหรือมา BTS ก้อคือตรงเข้าตึกได้เลย :)

การบริการ - ตั้งแต่ส่วนของแอดมิน ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องน้ำเสียง ถ้อยคำ ภาษาที่เลือกใช้ “เมื่อกี้โทรไม่ติดเลยค่ะแอดมินพอดีจะแจ้งว่าหาร้านไม่เจอ” แต่ถูกตอบกลับว่า “แล้วตอนนี้โทรติดแล้วถูกต้องไหมคะ” ไม่แน่ใจว่าส่วนนี้ร้านต้องการอะไรจากลูกค้า? จากนั้นพนักงานมาถ่ายรูปจอของลูกค้าว่าการโทรเข้าออกของโทรศัพท์ลูกค้าว่า เพื่ออะไรเอ่ย?? โทรมาร้านจริงหรือไม่ อันนี้ไม่ทราบจริงๆ แต่ทั้งหมดทั้งมวล รู้สึกไม่สบายใจมาก ในการบริการ รู้สึกเสียความรู้สึก ขอเป็นครั้งเดียวและครั้งสุดท้าย อุปกรณ์ สี - ปกติเหมือนทั่วไป ส่วนนี้ไม่ได้สร้างความประทับใจมากนัก เพราะหลักๆงานนี้วัดที่บริการจริงๆ service-minded ตั้งแต่ หลังบ้านไปจนถึงหน้าบ้าน ข้อแนะนำ - ซึ่งถ้าเป็นเวลาที่นัดแล้วทางร้านไม่เห็นลูกค้ามาถึง ควรจะติดตามว่าลูกค้ามาถูกหรือไม่ หรือเดินทางอยู่ที่ไหนแล้ว จากนั้นแจ้งเงื่อนไขต่อด้วยว่าหากเกิน 10 นาทีหรือ 15 นาทีขอตัดคิวไปเลย ชัดเจนแบบนี้จะดีกว่า
