ได้สีผมไม่ตรงตามเรฟที่ส่งไป+ใช้เวลานานมาก (7ชั่วโมง) พี่ช่างไม่ค่อยมีความชำนาญค่ะทำสีผมให้ผิด จึงต้องทำให้มีการแก้ไขแต่พอแก้เสร็จดันได้สีผมโทนดำมา เจอใครก็บอกว่าดำ (ช่างแจ้งว่าไม่ดำสีคาราเมล สระแล้วสีจะเฟดอ่อนลง) แต่เรามาทำสีผมทำไมต้องรอให้สีมันเฟด😭 ตอนก่อนเริ่มทำช่างไม่ได้มีการมาประเมินว่าสีที่ส่งไปทำได้หรือไม่ได้ เราก็เข้าใจว่าได้ เพราะมีการปรับพื้นสีผม แต่สรุปแล้วผิดหวังค่ะ ทักไปแจ้งเจ้าของร้าน พี่เจ้าของแสดงความรับผิดชอบดี ยินดีจะแก้ไขให้ฟรีด้วยตนเอง แต่เราไม่สะดวกใจเพราะเสียความรู้สึก+ย้อมหลายรอบต้องพักหนังศรีษะแล้ว หากใครมาใช้บริการแนะนำว่าต้องเช็คกับช่างดีๆมากๆ หรือทำกับเจ้าของร้านน่าจะดีกว่า เพราะตอนที่ทำสีผิดพลาดช่างก็แจ้งเองเลยว่าเคยมีเคสแบบนี้แล้ว เพราะฟอกรอบเดียว แต่เรามองว่า ช่างควรจะประเมินหรือมาบอกลูกค้าให้เข้าใจว่าสีที่ต้องการทำได้หรือไม่ได้ เรายินดีจะเปลี่ยนโทนสีอยู่แล้ว จะได้ไม่เสียเวลาและความรู้สึกค่ะ
