- the place is far from BTS. It is 25 minutes walking then hard to find. - they’re located in a hidden place in Pornpailin building, they will explain the direction by message - they don’t speak Thai, they just speak English - the products are bad : my eyes were red and crying until the next morning - they are not polite and they talk in a rude way with customers. They don’t listen, they cut you when you talk and they tell you go away - they are harsh when working and they hurt you by pulling skin and lashes

The products are so bad quality, my eyes were burning so much and so red, tears won’t stop coming out. She hurted me a few times when putting lashes by pulling skin and when removing the scotch, she was rough. The staff is also so rude and unprofessional when you complain. They just tell you go away and don’t come back. Should not go to this place, you will lose your eyes.

- The products they use is bad quality : my eyes were red, crying and burning. - They are rude and not polite, they don’t want to listen to customers and they will tell you go away and don’t come back if they are not happy. - They take so much time to work. Double the time than other eyelashes places I have been before. I don’t recommend the place and I understand why they do flash sales. They try to sell as much services as possible. But it is not worth it. You will lose your time and your patience in this place.
