ก่อนไปคาดหวังไว้มาก แต่บริการที่ได้ fail ขั้นสุด อย่างเดียวที่ดีคือมารยาทของ 1 ในพนักงาน(คือคนที่น่าจะมาใหม่และต้องถามอีกคนทุกขั้นตอนว่าทำยังไง/ทำอะไรต่อ/ใช้อุปกรณ์อะไรบ้าง) คือทุกขั้นตอนไม่โอเคเลย 2 คนมาลงสีเสร็จก็ไปเลย ทั้งที่เห็นชัดๆว่าทำหน้าผากเลอะหลายจุด จนต้องขอให้มาเช็ดให้หน่อย(แต่เช็ดให้ไม่ออกอยู่ดี) ถึงเวลาสระผมที่รอคอยเพราะอ่านรีวิวมาว่าร้านนวดสบายมาก แต่ความเป็นจริงคือโดนนวดให้สีกระจายย้ำๆแต่ช่วงกรอบหน้าจนแสบไปหมด(จนนี่ผ่านมา 5 วันสีที่ติดกรอบหน้ายังหลุดออกไม่หมดทั้งที่สระวันละ 2 รอบ) ตอนสระและนวดก็ไม่มีความสบายใดๆทั้งสิ้น เสร็จออกมาเล็มผมให้ก็อย่างที่เห็นในรูป(กลับมาเพิ่งรู้ตัวเพราะที่ร้านไดร์บิดไปมาให้) คือความเท่ากันและสวยงามอยู่ตรงไหน ก่อนหน้าที่ตัดตัวเองยังสภาพดีกว่านี้ พอเสร็จเราก็ร้องขอให้เช็ดสีที่เลอะบนหน้าให้อีกทีเพราะมันเห็นชัดมาก(โดยไม่มีใครคิดจะใส่ใจทั้งสิ้น) พนักงานคนที่สระให้ก็เดินมาเปิด mask เราออกเพื่อจะเช็ดรอยสีที่กระจายบนหน้าด้านขวา ซึ่งเป็นรอยที่ใหญ่มากๆที่เราไม่รู้ว่ามีมาก่อนเพราะไม่ได้เปิดหน้าเลย แต่เค้ารู้ เค้าบอกว่าตอนสระผมล้างน้ำออกมาถึงหน้าเยอะไปหน่อย คือแปลว่าอะไร!? รู้แล้วทำไมถึงไม่มาเช็ดให้แต่แรก? ผ่านมา 3-4 วันสีผมยังหลุดเลอะผ้าเช็ดตัวอยู่เลยจนไม่แน่ใจว่าเค้าใช้สีอะไรใส่ผมให้เรา ไม่น่าจะใช่สี organic อย่างที่เคลม(กลัวจะเป็นสีย้อมปิดผมขาวตามท้องตลาดด้วยซ้ำ สีที่ได้มาถึงดำมากไม่น้ำตาลเข้มอย่างที่คุยกันไว้เลย) เพราะจากที่เจอมาความน่าเชื่อถือของร้านติดลบมากสำหรับเรา กลับมานี่หลอนไปหลายคืนเลยนะ เก็บไปฝันเป็นตุเป็นตะ จนต้องมาเขียนรีวิวระบาย คือไม่คิดจริงๆว่าที่ยอมไปไกลขนาดนี้ราคาเท่านี้จะได้รับบริการแบบนี้จริง :(((

ทางร้านขออภัยมาณที่นี้ค่ะ จะปรับปรุงและแก้ไขค่ะ🙏🏻 ทางด้านสีของร้านใช้สีมีคุณภาพทุกแบรนด์ ทางร้านแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทุกท่านทราบ ว่าแบรนด์อะไร ไม่มีผสมหลังร้านแน่นอนค่ะ และสีที่ลูกค้าเลือก และมีการรับรู้ว่าสีจะออกมาแบบไหน โดยเลือกจากชาทสีคือสีปิดผมขาว ระดับ 3 สีจึงค่อนข้างเข้มค่ะ ทางด้านการตัดผมที่ลูกค้ารีเควสให้เล็มปลายผมแบบไม่คิดเงินเพิ่ม แต่ลูกค้าให้ตัดจริงค่อนข้างตัดเยอะ ช่างอาจมีความสับสนหากลูกค้าสะดวกเข้ามาที่ร้านให้ช่างแก้ไขในเรื่องตัดผมได้ค่ะ ในเรื่องของสีที่เลอะบนใบหน้า พนักงานไม่มีใครนิ่งเฉย พนักงานอาจจะมองไม่เห็น ในวันที่ลูกค้าเรียกพนักงานมาให้เช็ดสีออก พนักงานรีบมาเช็ดออกให้ทันทีค่ะ แต่อย่างไรทางร้านขออภัยมากๆ หากลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัย ด้านใด ติดต่อทางร้านโดยตรงได้เลยค่ะ 😊
