• All purchases and treatments cannot be amended.
• These vouchers cannot be used with other promotions.
• Show your voucher from email or GoWabi app for verification
• Appointment has to be booked in advance. The shop contact details will be available in your “GoWabi’s Booking Confirmation email or My Booking page”
• The voucher is applicable for Departure or Arrival services exclusively at Suvarnabhumi Airport. To enjoy the round trip service, covering both Departure and Arrival, for the Personal Butler Service, you will need to use 2 vouchers.
• The voucher is exclusively for the International Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport, specifically for the Personal Butler and Buggy Service.
Conditions
- SAWASDEE Pass maintains the right to decline service for any additional passengers or checked baggage that exceeds the number declared in the booking, with no refund provided.
- The service duration is limit to 3 hours.
- Any additional checked baggage, including extra-large items, beyond the declared quantity, will incur a charge of 500 THB per piece (VAT inclusive).
- One-time changes to booking schedule are permitted up to 24 hours before the. scheduled flight time, subject to availability of our services.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight arrival/departure time are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours.
- Full charges will apply in the event of a no-show by passengers.
- The service cannot be held responsible for the safety of passengers, lost/damage of property or any potential consequences resulting from missed flights
- Buggy service is unavailable for arrival flights at Gate D4, D6, Bus Gate at Main Terminal, and Gate S101-S128 at Satellite-1 Terminal (SAT-1) due to proximity to the immigration area. Refunds are eligible for these cases and will require 30-45 business days for processing

When does the voucher expire after purchase?
Generally, vouchers are valid for 60 days after purchase. However, some services may have different expiration periods, either shorter or longer. Please carefully check the expiration or validation terms for each service in the service details section.
How can I make an appointment or change my appointment date?
You can make or reschedule an appointment directly with the shop at least one day before your visit. The shop's contact information is available in your booking or voucher details after you make a purchase.
Can I cancel my booking?
In general, cancellations and refunds are available within 7 days of purchase as cashback refunds. However, some services may have different terms. Please carefully check the cancellation and refund policies for each service you wish to purchase.
What should I do if I am late?
You should aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late, it may cause a delay in your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could result in cancellation.
In case of a late arrival, please ensure you contact the shop directly to inform them of your delay. You can find the shop's contact information in your booking or voucher details after making a purchase.
What payment options are available for SAWASDEE by AOT ?
We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. For online payment, you can pay using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, truemoney Wallet, ShopeePay, LINE Pay, Alipay, Google Pay, Internet Banking and PromptPay. Please note that cash payments are not accepted at this shop.
Can I pay using an installment plan?
Installment plans are available for services valued at ฿3,000 or more. Look for the "0% Installment Available" text on each eligible service. The installment plan offers a maximum period of 6 months with 0% interest.
