ผิดหวังมากค่ะ เพราะเคยเป็นลูกค้าประจำ ครั้งนี้ไปฟอกฟันกับคุณหมอผู้หญิง ก่อนทำไม่ได้อธิบายขั้นตอนใด ๆ ตั้งแต่ต้น แค่เทียบเฉดสีฟันแล้วลงน้ำยาเลย บอกเพียงว่าหากต้องการอะไร แสบหรือเสียวฟันให้ยกมือ แต่พอเรายกมือ เพราะผ้าที่ปิดจมูกทำให้สูดกลิ่นน้ำยาเข้าเต็มๆ ไม่มีใครเข้ามา จนต้องพยายามส่งเสียงผ่านอุปกรณ์ในปาก สุดท้ายเป็นคุณหมอห้องข้าง ๆ ที่ได้ยินเสียงและช่วยตามเจ้าหน้าที่ให้ (แล้วจะพูดทำไมว่าให้ยกมือหากจะไม่มีใครอยู่ในห้องกับเรา) ระหว่างทำ เราต้องแอบฟังหมออีกห้องที่ให้คำแนะนำคนไข้เรื่องการดูแลหลังฟอก เพราะหมอเราไม่อธิบายอะไรเลย หลังทำเสร็จ พอฟันมีคราบขาว สีไม่สม่ำเสมอ หมอบอกว่าต้องรอ 2-3 สัปดาห์ แต่เราเคยฟอกมาก่อนก็ไม่เคยมีแบบนี้ จากนั้นหมอเริ่มทำน้ำเสียงไม่พอใจและบอกให้เรารอ แล้วเดินออกจากห้อง เรารออยู่สักพัก จนสุดท้ายเราก็ไม่รู้ว่าให้รออะไรเพราะเค้าไม่เดินกลับเข้ามา สรุป: การสื่อสารและการดูแลผู้ป่วยยังขาดความใส่ใจไปมากๆ ไม่แนะนำสำหรับคนที่คาดหวังความเข้าใจและความปลอดภัยระหว่างทำฟอกสีฟัน และครั้งนี้ฟันเราได้เฉดสีเดิม ไม่ขาวขึ้น เสียเวลามากๆ

Friendly and polite staff. The dentist speaks fluent English and explained what’s gonna happen prior to the procedure. The receptionist speaks basic English but very helpful, welcoming, and polite.
