⚠️ Service Restrictions at The Winter Clinic

• Individuals with serious chronic conditions or undergoing long-term treatment: If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, or require immunosuppressants, please consult a doctor before using the service.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women: Avoid treatments involving fillers, บท็อกซ์, mesotherapy, laser, and vitamin drip unless advised by a doctor.
• Individuals with allergies: If you have a history of allergies to medications, anesthetics, or substances used in fillers, บท็อกซ์, or skincare products, inform the doctor before treatment.
• Individuals taking medications or supplements affecting blood clotting: For example, blood thinners, aspirin, or certain supplements. Please consult a doctor before receiving fillers or laser treatment.
• Individuals with infections or wounds in the treatment area: If you have inflammation, rashes, skin infections, or open wounds, please wait until recovery before treatment to prevent complications.
• Individuals with prior cosmetic procedures: If you previously had บท็อกซ์, fillers, or laser treatments, inform the doctor before new treatments for proper evaluation and to reduce risks of side effects.
• Individuals with sensitive or photosensitive skin: Please inform the doctor before undergoing laser, treatment, or mesotherapy to ensure the appropriate method is selected and minimize irritation.
• For laser hair removal: Avoid plucking hair before treatment and avoid strong sun exposure after the procedure.

Important Information Before Your Appointment

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
• Merchant information, including location and contact details for booking, can be found in your booking details under “My Purchases” in your GoWabi account or in the booking confirmation email.
• It is recommended to call and book at least 1 day before your desired appointment date.
• Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your appointment to prepare for the service.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service time may be shortened, or the booking may be canceled without a refund.
• If you miss the appointment without prior notice, the merchant reserves the right to charge the full amount.
• To reschedule or cancel, please inform at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the merchant reserves the right to charge the full amount.
• Please present the QR Code or booking number from the email or GoWabi app before using the service.
• For multi-session services: The first appointment must be booked before the coupon’s expiry date. Subsequent sessions must be arranged directly with the clinic and are subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may request a cancellation and refund in the form of a refund code within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service, so please check the details before booking.
• No refunds will be provided if you miss the confirmed appointment without notice.
