We are sorry that you were dissatisfied, but we would like to clarify what occurred during your haircut. After the stylist finished cutting your hair, she showed you the back using a mirror. You confirmed that you liked it, and the hair at the back was cut evenly. You then requested that the front be cut shorter. The stylist advised that the length was already appropriate and that cutting it further could make it too short. Despite this advice, you chose to trim the front section yourself inside the salon. Therefore, the final appearance of the front section was altered by you after the stylist had completed the haircut. The incident was witnessed by our staff and is recorded on our CCTV system. We respectfully ask that reviews accurately reflect the service provided and the events that took place.
