Terms and Conditions
1. If your current package still has remaining credits, it is highly recommended that you completely use them before purchasing a new package.
2. You can purchase an additional package if all credits in your existing package have been fully used, even if the current package has not yet expired.
3. The expiration date of the previous package will not merge or accumulate with the new package.
4. Coupons are transferable as gifts.
5. The price is inclusive of 7% VAT.
6. Please present the original barcode coupon to the staff before using the service (SMS coupons or screenshots are not accepted).
7. If purchased as a gift, both the buyer and the user must be present together at the club on the first day of service activation.
8. Customers can access all Fitness First Club locations.
9. Group classes are included. Bookings must be made via the mobile application.
10. Facilities and amenities may vary by location.
11. Membership will begin on the registration date and run consecutively for 45 days, or until all credits are fully used (e.g., If activated on March 1st, it will be valid until April 14th, or until credits run out).
12. Must present coupon to redeem and activate the package within 14 days of purchase via GoWabi.
13. Any remaining value on this coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
14.This coupon cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
15. Valid for individuals aged 15 years and older.
16. Users must strictly adhere to Fitness First rules and regulations. We reserve the right to deny service to blacklisted individuals.

FITPASS Usage Rules & Regulations
1. FITPASS is a prepaid credit package. The validity period begins automatically as soon as the payment is successfully completed. Unused credits within the specified period will be forfeited and become void.
2. Class bookings can be made via the Fitness First Asia mobile application. The booking system opens 46 hours prior to the class start time. 1 credit is required per class booking.
3. Credits are deducted based on club entries or classes attended: 1 credit is used for gym floor access OR for attending 1 group class. If you book more than one class, an additional 1 credit will be deducted per class. If you access another club location on the same day, an additional 1 credit will be deducted.
4. Credits will be fully deducted for any booked classes that the member fails to attend (No-Show). To avoid credit deduction, class cancellations must be submitted through the app at least 1 hour before the class starts.
5. Please arrive at the club 15 minutes before your scheduled class starts.
6. Members must check in at the reception desk before every visit to confirm remaining credits, credits used, and to verify records regarding late cancellations or non-compliance.
7. Credit-based accounts allow only 1 booking per class for the same session time (no duplicate bookings for guests under the same account).
8. If credits are not used within the specified time, the package expires, or membership is terminated by the club, any remaining credits cannot be refunded for cash or transferred to others.
9. Members may upgrade or switch their membership type to a monthly subscription or other prepaid packages, subject to company terms and conditions.
10. As FITPASS is a prepaid package, membership freeze/suspension is not permitted, and it is excluded from any satisfaction guarantee or cooling-off period policies.
11. FITPASS can only be used at Fitness First locations in Thailand and is not valid internationally. Fitness First reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
