Please don’t go here for blonde highlights this is the result of my naturally level 6 light brown roots and platinum ends after I asked for some bright blonde highlights in my roots. We agreed on an inspo picture previous and a clear goal. She then told me it would be extra to get it like the picture after it turned out orange. She then convinced me to come back and fix it and then made it dark purple grey blue colour and my hair is falling out in clumps I have about 1/4 of the hair left that I went in with today. I’m ABSOLUTELy disgusted as it seems like she genuinely done it on purpose. I am sickened by this salon. Disgraceful
