Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had high expectations for S&D Hair Salon, but my recent visit was nothing short of disappointing. My first experience in January was decent, but this time was absolutely unacceptable. The hairdresser arrived late, and to my shock, there was a strong smell of alcohol, making it clear she had been drinking on the job. Her work was careless, rushed, and lacked attention to detail. My haircut was uneven, and I had to repeatedly ask for simple corrections. The entire experience felt unprofessional and left me questioning if she was even capable of doing her job safely. The worst part was when she accidentally cut a section she wasn’t supposed to, then attempted to quickly cover it up by styling my hair instead of admitting the mistake. When I pointed it out, she dismissed my concerns, insisting it was part of the style. Her suggested “fix” only made it worse, forcing me to spend additional time and money to correct it. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. If this level of service is tolerated at S&D Hair Salon, I can’t trust them with my hair or my time. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional salon experience. ⭐ 1/5 – Avoid until they get their act together.
