ทุกอย่างดีมากพนักงานดีตั้งใจทำจนกระทั่งมีลูกค้า walk in เข้ามาทำให้พนักงานรีบทำเนื่องจากมีคนเดียวตอนทำมือคือดีมากไม่รีบ พอเป็นเท้าตอนแกะล้างและนวดครีมขั้นตอนสุดท้ายคือรีบมากทุกอย่างจบใน 6-7นาที ไม่ได้ตั้งใจนวดเต็มที่เหมือนตอนนวดมือแต่กลับนวดให้จบๆ ความเหนียวยังอยู่ครีมไม่ทันซึมเข้าผิวก็เสร็จแล้ว ในใจคิดละว่าโดนเร่งทำแน่ แล้วก็โดนจริงๆ ไม่ชอบเลยแบบนี้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก็เสีย ครีมแพ็คเกจ Aesop ที่เสียเงินไปไม่ได้ใช้หมดเหลือแบบเหลืออออ ทำร้านนี้บ่อยแต่ไม่เคยทำสปา นี้ครั้งแรกมันเกือบดีแล้ววววววว ไม่โทษพนักงานงานแต่ควรทำให้ลูกค้าเต็มที่ทุกคนไม่ใช่มาตกม้าตายตอนสุดท้าย เสียความรู้สึกค่ะ 😕 Everything was great – the staff were attentive and did their best. At first, when I got my hand spa, it was very well done, detailed, and not rushed. But when a walk-in customer came in, the atmosphere changed. During the foot spa, especially at the final steps of cleansing and applying cream, everything was rushed and finished within 5 minutes. The massage felt incomplete, more like just wrapping things up. The cream didn’t even have time to absorb, and I could feel the stickiness left on my skin. I had a feeling I was being rushed, and unfortunately, it turned out to be true. I didn’t like that at all. The water heater was also broken, and the Aesop cream package I paid extra for wasn’t fully used. I’ve come to this place often, but this was my first spa experience here. It was almost really good, but in the end it left me disappointed. I don’t blame the staff personally, but I think every customer deserves the same full treatment without being rushed. It really affected the overall experience.
