The 20-item health checkup (Herniverse Check Up) for individuals 18 years and older includes the following tests:
1. Physical examination and medical history taking by a general practitioner
2. Blood pressure and pulse measurement
3. Weight and height measurement
4. Body composition and basic metabolic rate measurement (% Body fat (In Body))
5. Visual acuity test
6. Complete blood count
7. Fasting blood sugar test
8. Cholesterol test
9. Lipid level test (Triglyceride)
10. Kidney function assessment (BUN)
11. Blood uric acid level (Uric Acid)
12. High-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol level
13. Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol level

- A medical certificate is available to certify that you have attended the test as per the package. There is no additional charge. Please inform the staff before your visit.

Preparation before the service:
- Refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-12 hours before the service. Plain water is permitted.
