ก่อนหน้านี้เคยมาใช้บริการสปา 3 - 4 ครั้ง รู้สึกประทับใจมากๆ เลยเลือกมาใช้บริการอีกครั้ง แต่ครั้งนี้ถือว่าเป็นการนวดที่รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจเลย และคงต้องพิจารณาสถานที่นี่ไหมในครั้งหน้า โดยขอชี้แจ้งรายละเอียดตามนี้ 1. โดยปกติทาง reception ข้างหน้าจะมีกระดาษให้กรอกรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับ “ส่วนที่เราไม่ต้องการให้นวด” ซึ่งเราได้เขียนระบุชัดเจนและพนง.ข้างหน้าได้ย้ำทวนเราอีกรอบก่อนจะรับกระดาษไป ไม่แน่ใจว่ามีการ miscommunication ยังไงกับ Therapist เพราะเค้าไม่ได้มีการระมัดระวังจุดที่เราแจ้งไป หลังจากที่ therapist นวดในจุดที่เราแจ้ง เราได้ทำการแจ้งระหว่างขัดผิวอีกรอบ และในขั้นตอนนวด aroma เราก็ได้ยำอีกรอบเพราะเค้ายังนวดตรงจุดนั้นอยู่ เรารู้สึกระแวงตลอดเวลาและไม่สบายใจมากๆระหว่างรับบริการเพราะไม่รู้เค้าจะมาจับอีกไหม 2. ตอนขัดผิวเราแจ้ง therapist ว่าเราหนาว ให้ช่วยปรับแอร์หน่อย รอบแรกเค้าปรับแต่ยังรู้สึกหนาวอยู่ เค้าเลยปิดแอร์แทนแล้วบอกว่าไม่รู้ว่าปรับยังไงมันเป็น auto และปิดแอร์แทน เราเลยไปปรับเองช่วยที่ล้างตัว 3. Therapist ที่ทำให้เรา หยดน้ำมัน aroma ลงบนหลังเราโดยตรงซึ่งมันมีอุณหภูมิค่อนข้างร้อนและทำให้เราตกใจ 4. ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายเป็นการเอาผ้าร้อนมาประคบ ของเพื่อนเราที่ทำอยู่ข้างๆ therapist ค่อยๆเอาผ้าประคบและถามว่าอุณหภูมิได้ไหม ร้อนไปไหม แต่ของเรา therapist โป้ะลงมาและไม่มีการถามหรือพูดอะไรเลย เราเลยบอกว่า ผ้าร้อนนะคะ เค้าก็เอาผ้าออกแปปนึงและก็มาเช็ดใหม่ เราเลยทนให้เค้าทำเสร็จเพราะหงุดหงิดมากๆ เรารู้สึกว่าครั้งนี้เราได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ไม่น่าประทับใจ และทาง receptionist ก็แค่ขอโทษและให้เราเขียน comment ในกระดาษ เราหงุดหงิดและโกรธมากๆตลอดเวลา 90 นาทีที่ทำ สาเหตุหลักๆคือ นวดส่วนที่เราแจ้งและได้ย้ำหลายรอบ
