ummm I booked a hot stone massage through the app because that’s exactly how the service is listed. During the massage I realized it didn’t feel like a hot stone treatment and asked twice to confirm. I was told it was, but it turned out to only be a hot compress. After the session I was told that the real hot stone massage requires booking a different service and paying extra. This was never clear in the listing. As a customer, I booked exactly what was written. Being told afterward that I should book something else next time doesn’t make sense when the service is already labeled “hot stone massage.” The menu and app listing should be corrected so customers know what they are actually paying for. sadly won't be coming back
