I usually go to another bath facility in Sathorn near my home, but this was my first time visiting Panpuri Wellness. The moment the elevator doors opened, the luxurious atmosphere raised my expectations. As soon as the entrance door opened, a staff member greeted me and guided me to the shoe lockers. Even the hallway felt high-end and elegant. The changing room doors only open with the wristband key, which I assume helps prevent guests from accidentally entering the wrong gender’s area. I visited at night, so the window blinds were down, but the bath area itself was spacious and relaxing. I noticed some oil floating on the surface—most likely from someone who had a massage beforehand. It wasn’t ideal, but I told myself it was just massage oil and let it go. The biggest downside was the changing room layout. The overall space is quite small, yet each booth has its own bench, oversized sink, hair dryer, and amenities. Because of this, there’s almost no place to temporarily set your belongings, and it becomes difficult to change if anyone else is nearby. The sinks especially felt too large. I couldn’t help but think it would have been better if the sinks and amenities were placed in the center area instead of in each booth. My assigned locker was on the bottom row, and unfortunately the person using the locker above left their door open. When I stood up, I hit my shoulder hard on their locker door, which actually left a bruise. That part was genuinely disappointing. Overall, the bath itself was relaxing and enjoyable, but the changing room design could use improvement to make the experience more comfortable.
