Pros\n- not much customer, really enjoy relaxing\n- steam room and sauna are really hot and work well\n- resting zone is awesome\n- hot pad room smell really nice like tea\n- staffs really have service mind\n\nCons\n- some area and equipment look unmaintenance. \n- a lot of smoke from mosquitoes repellent in onsen area. bad for lungs\n- too many staffs wandering and working around the onsen area, feel not enough private\n- some customers are allow to wear shorts in the onsen area which is really wierd\n- the hot tub is not enough clean, there some debris and sand at the buttom\n- onsen area light is too bright\n- water jet bed in hot tub are not working\n- there\u0027s no guidances, floor plan or rules written for new customers\n- amenities are common brand, not OEM brand\n- staff sharing the same restroom with customers\n\nOverall, I gave it 3. The normal price is a bit overprice compared to what customers can get to enjoy the retreat. They positioning them as high-end spa if look into to vip card price, but the facilities are not premium enough. \nNot convincing to return. \nNo comment about foods cause I did\u0027t taste it.
