What you should know about the package :
Pre-Treatment Instructions for PicoSure Laser
- Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment.
- Discontinue the use of exfoliating skincare products for at least 1 week before treatment.
- Patients with underlying medical conditions or a history of drug allergies should inform the physician prior to every treatment session.

Post-Treatment Care Instructions for PicoSure Laser
- Avoid direct sun exposure. If unavoidable, apply sunscreen with SPF 30+ to the treated area.
- Refrain from wearing makeup for 24 hours after treatment.
- Gently cleanse the treated area with mild soap and water. Avoid soaking the area in water.
- Do not shave the treated area if skin peeling occurs.
- Avoid sports or activities that may cause bruising to the treated area.
- Avoid skincare products containing AHA, BHA, or Vitamin A acid derivatives.

Contraindications for PicoSure Laser Treatment
PicoSure laser treatment is contraindicated in patients with the following conditions:
- Use of medications that increase photosensitivity
- Photosensitive epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
- Use of isotretinoin medications, such as Accutane, within the past 6 months
- Localized or systemic infection, or open wounds at the treatment site
- Systemic diseases, such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, or illness affecting the treatment area
- Moles or pigmented lesions suspected of potential progression to Melanoma
- Active herpes simplex infection at the treatment site
- Current or previous gold therapy treatment
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
