**Which service should be done first? Then how long is the gap before doing another service?**
- It is recommended to do Ultra Former III first. Then, after doing Ultra Former III, you should leave a gap of 3-4 months, but not more than 6 months, before you can do Premium Hifu.

Ultraformer III
Produces high-intensity and specific high-frequency sound waves (Focused Ultrasound) that work by sending energy down to destroy tissue in the skin layer (deep) SMAS layer, causing the tissue to be stimulated to create new collagen. Ultraformer III is developed from the original HIFU, which is different with MMFU (Micro & Macro Focused Ultrasound) technology that can send ultrasound waves down to the skin layer deeper than before.
