result is very underwhelming. this shop only have short lashes, she dont even bother to fix my lashes when i told her i dont like the result instead she ask me to just write a review. she keep on saying because i bought from gowabi, i offered to pay extra so that she can fix the lashes and she refused. bad service bad result 👎🏻/5

The client selected the lash style, curl, and length from our photo guide. We confirmed the lash length and curl with real samples before starting. After the service, we showed the same lashes again to clarify. The chosen style was natural, which may appear softer. Client later requested a change, but it was not due to a salon error. Since everything was agreed beforehand, we couldn’t redo the set for free. We appreciate the feedback and hope this provides clarity.
