Therapy will be divided into sessions of talking and counseling. Each session will take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour.

The first session will be a discussion of the problems the patient is facing. The psychotherapist will gradually ask questions to help identify the nature of the fear and anxiety. Where does the cause of that feeling come from? And what results will the person receiving therapy have in their thoughts and feelings as a result? It provides knowledge in mental health education.

In order for those receiving therapy to understand the treatment model of thoughts and behaviors that are distorted and incorrect. Every time after therapy, the therapist receives homework in the form of a Thought record, recording thoughts when an event occurs that affects emotions and thoughts. What thoughts do the therapist come up with and how do they affect their emotions and behavior?

Taking a note will help the therapist visualize what they are going through and how it is affecting their life and mind.
