ดีค่า แต่ห้องอบไปหน่อย ควรแบ่งโซนให้ห้องแต่งตัวอยุ่ไกลจากบ่อหน่อยค่า ให้welcome drink น้อยไปหน่อยค่า แต่รวมๆดีค่า

จองยากมากเพราะว่ามีอยู่ห้องเดียว อุปกรณ์ใช้ไม่ได้หลายหลังรายการประตูล็อคห้องก็ล็อคไม่ได้ ก๊อกน้ำแบบนั่งอาบก็ใช้ไม่ได้ ห้องซาวน่าก็ไม่เปิดให้ใช้ ตรงบ่อน้ำร้อนมองมาจากข้างนอกเห็นเลยถ้าแก้ผ้าอาบตกใจมากมาเห็นตอนหลังที่เดินออกมา

I'm not satisfied with the deal as committed for many times and i got the bad experience. I called for booking on 5 Dec and I want to use the service on friday, staff said that the deal with gowabi can not be used on friday (but e-voucher showed that Mon-Fri). so i booked on Mon. 26 Dec and room will be available from 9 am-5 pm and onsen at noon, then I called on 25 Dec to check that everything is alright for tommorrow and staff said your room will be available from 2 pm and they will extend time to midnight. Next day I went the hotel to use onsen at noon but it is not available when i arrived, i wait until 12:20 pm and staff said he will compensate until 1:30 pm, next I use onsen and a girl (i guess housekeeping) tried to open the door around 1:10 pm. I was shocked and I shouted that my time is not over, you can ask front officer. then i go to check in the guest room and they said that you can use until 5 pm. I'm very upset for the failure of coomunication and managing. I requested to see the manager and front staff said that today is manager day off please leave phone number so I left it but no one contact me until now.
