Interior is pleasant, but rooms are not sound-proof so you can hear the staffs chit-chatting or laughing along the hallway loud and clear. My masseur used really fast strokes so I wasn't able to relax. Told her a couple times to slow down but she didn't, could be language barrier.

If you're lucky and get an experienced or skilled masseur, you'll probably have 5 star experience. The masseur who did the treatment for me did not focus on the areas that I circled in the form (shoulder & calf), went all over my back with really fast strokes. I told her a couple times to slow down but she didn't, so it's either language barrier or it's just her. The interior was pleasant but not sound-proof. Staffs were chit-chatting along the hallways where individual rooms were located, laughing loudly etc, which was unprofessional. Overall, I could've gone to other places with the same price tag.
