RYDE is an urban cycling studio shaping a fun, full-body workout experience in the center of Thonglor. Completing the full RYDE experience, LOADED offers a selection of natural, cold-pressed juices and protein shakes and our hair salon BLOW gets you set for what’s next.

Must show the vaccine certificate before entering the class.
If there is no vaccination, you have to check atk testing at the studio. Equipment fee is 150 baht (must come 30 minutes before the time for the examination).
