Let’s just say, it was a very strange experience. For 2,000 baht, as it declared for original price, I definitely wouldn’t do that. I booked a 2-hour course. Instead of the promised “relax²,” it was more like stress². The receptionist was very polite, but unfortunately, that didn’t help the quality of the service at all. 1. The room is tiny and cramped, with three people squeezed in. It already feels claustrophobic. You also have to change behind a curtain while others are present, and people keep walking in and out during your session. 2. I was immediately concerned when they started working on my face without cleansing it first. Seriously? That’s a major violation of basic hygiene. Applying treatments and services on unclean skin spreads bacteria, clogs pores, and can cause inflammation or infection. 3. There was no real massage or relaxation, just a random mix of confusing procedures. The oil wasn’t massaged into the scalp but pressed in for some reason. Honestly, a hairdresser gives a better and longer head massage. 4. The “neck & shoulder massage” lasted maybe a minute or two. 5. There’s constant noise: a hairdryer running, loud talking right outside the door. 6. The place itself is in the middle of a mall. If you need the toilet, you have to go to the mall restroom; there isn’t one in the salon. 7. The therapist doesn’t speak English, so you can’t ask questions or understand what’s being done. 8. Hair was pulled roughly and painfully. 9. The sequence of procedures was complete chaos: transitions felt random, like a DJ changing tracks off-beat. 10. The room is cold and the bandage they give you to change clothes in is unpleasant for the body, super synthetic 11. The blanket is thin, and you can’t tell if they even change it between clients. 12. I might’ve let it go if not for the redness and irritation that appeared on my skin a couple of hours later. 13. The “therapist” clearly isn’t trained in massage or cosmetology. I don’t know how they hire people, but this feels like a tourist trap, not a professional salon. I’m convinced the reviews are fake and the advertised program is a lie. There was nothing relaxing about it: just wasted time, wasted money, and potentially serious harm to your skin. Not recommended.

Super relaxing Vietnamese hair spa! The location is great—on the 4th floor of Phoenix Department Store. The owner is extremely friendly and speaks very good English. You can make an appointment with them in advance. The lychee-flavored tea and the black tea they serve after the massage are both delicious.
