I have professional teeth cleaning every six months, and this was the first time it was so painful. In some moments it felt like the cleaning was being done directly on the gums rather than on the teeth, which was very uncomfortable. Also, a cheek retractor (mouth opener) was not used, which usually makes the procedure more comfortable and allows better access and visibility during cleaning. I was also disappointed because the procedure included only Airflow and mechanical cleaning, but no polishing was done. Usually, polishing is an important part of professional cleaning, and without it the procedure feels incomplete. Overall, this was the most uncomfortable cleaning experience I’ve had.

Very good dentist. Went for a dental cleaning and a check up, and had a detailed check up, with x-rays and a clear explanation of what was happening. Very good location: convenient and near transport.
