Vinyasa Flow Yoga focuses on continuous movement of the body

- There are classes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
- Group class schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30 PM. - 7:30 PM., Saturday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

คุณครูใส่ใจมาก ทักมาเตือนว่ามีคลาสล่วงหน้า2วัน ตอนฝึกอยู่ในสายตาครูตลอด ดีมากๆที่เข้ามาบอกว่าทำจุดไหนผิด ต้องปรับตรงไหน อีกหนึ่งเหตุผลที่ควรเรียนคลาสคนน้อยๆ และควรไปเจอครูเก่งๆที่สอนใส่ใจ จะได้ฝึกได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย🙏🏻💞
