How to Book
You can easily book your preferred service through GoWabi:
1. Select your desired treatment.
2. Complete the payment process.
3. Receive a confirmation email or app notification with booking details.
4. If purchase with a voucher, call in advance to schedule an appointment.
5. If purchase with time-slot bookings, no prior call is required.
6. Present your QR Code or booking number at the spa upon arrival.

Important Information Before Your Visit

🔹 Arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes before your appointment
🔹 If arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the full service fee will be deducted without refund.
🔹 No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full
🔹 Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charges.
