The hotel was clean and the onsen was a great experience too. However, the service was terrible. No breakfast available even though we called in advance. We had to wait and they finally said we need to order food outside.

ออนเซนห้องใหญ่กว้างสวยงามดี, แต่ไม่มีแอร์, ไม่มีอากาสถ่ายเท พอใช้เสร็จแล้วร้อนมากเกือบหน้ามืดต้องเปิดประตูแง้มไว้ตอนเปลี่ยนเสื้อ ควรจะติดเแอร์ในห้องหรืออย่างน้อยแยกห้องแอร์ในที่แต่งตัวจะดีมาก

The bath was excellent, however the customer service was sort of lacking, the one woman at the front desk was very unwelcoming and non-instructive. Was also told there would be tea as part of the service, then told there was none.
