It was not a good experience for me. First of all, no slippers to walk around in. You remove your shoes upon entering and have to walk up and down the linoleum stairs in your bare feet. My husband tripped going to the toilet and cut his toes. Then, because I had the body scrub and the oil massage package, they usually provide disposable panties to you to wear but no panties. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time they were massaging me. Also, I had the mineral bath but they did not provide a shower cap. My hair was a sopping mess when I got out of the bath and I had no comb/brush for my wet and matted down hair afterwards. In addition, the guy who did my husband’s facial took a picture of him when he had his facial mask on. He showed the pic to my husband and it offended my husband. He did not think it was funny. We will definitely not be back.

The facilities are not clean. Also, they do not provide slippers so you walk up the stairs in your bare feet. We had the body scrub + the mineral bath + the coconut oil/cream massage + a facial. When I undressed for my treatment, they did not provide panties and I asked for the. But the masseuse said they had none. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the treatment. Then when time came for the mineral bath, they did not provide a shower cap and my hair was soppy and matted. I was a sight leaving there. In addition, my husband did not have a mineral bath, they just told him to go take a shower after his body scrub. Also, the guy who did his facial took a picture of my husband when his eyes were covered and the mask was on his face. He showed the pic to my husband afterwards. My husband was offended but the guy thought it was funny, I supposed. We will not come here again, sorry to say.
