บรรยากาศเข้าร้านอยู่พลุกพล่านเพราะมีคนเดินผ่านเยอะเนื่องจากอยู่ในย่านเยาวราช สถานที่นวดเท้าอยู่ชั้นเก้าซึ่งต้องขึ้นลิฟต์ไปจากด้านหลังของรีเซฟชั่น ซึ่งบริเวณที่นวดเท้าอากาศค่อนข้างร้อนแอร์มีเพียงตัวเดียวแต่จัดเตียงนวดเอาไว้ถึง 10 เตียง ซึ่งถือว่าหนาแน่นพอสมควรกับพัดลมเพียงแค่หนึ่งตัวในการระบายอากาศ นับว่าไม่ค่อยสบายตัวเท่าไหร่ในการที่จะต้องมานวดฝ่าเท้าภายใต้อุณหภูมิด้านนอกที่ร้อน พนักงานต้อนรับมีสามถึงสี่คน แต่เมื่อแจ้งว่าจองมากับ GoWabi กับทำหน้างง และเถียงกันต่อหน้าลูกค้าและยังย้ำกับลูกค้าอีกว่าจองมาหรือยัง ทั้งทั้งที่มีการโทรแจ้งให้ทราบถึงวันและเวลาที่จะเข้าทำการนวดเท้า ถือว่าพนักงานสอบตกในเรื่องการรับจอง หากจะต้องไปใช้บริการอีกบอกได้คำเดียวเลยว่า “ไม่” ดีสุดคือพนักงานนวดนวดเท้าได้ดีมากแต่ที่เหลือติดลบ ปล. ได้มีการโทรไปหาทางร้านเพื่อสอบถามว่าหลังจากการจองและยืนยันผ่าน GoWabi เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วสามารถที่จะเลื่อนเวลาในการนวดได้หรือเปล่าย้ำว่าเลื่อนเวลาแต่ยังคงเป็นวันเดิมพนักงานตอบปฏิเสธอย่างไรเยื่อใยว่าหากจองผ่านกลุ่ม Wabi จะไม่สามารถเลื่อนได้ทุกกรณีดังนั้นคิดให้ดีดีนะครับก่อนจะจอง
