How can I cancel and refund my bookings/eVoucher?

You can make a cancellation request on Line official account, @gowabi from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day or send us email for cancellation at [email protected]

How do I use the Refund Voucher?

You can use a Refund Voucher by entering it at checkout page and clicking on “Got a Discount, Gift Card or Referral Code?”.

You can use the Refund Voucher obtained from a canceled order, which is valid for 1 year from the cancellation date. It cannot be combined with other discounts and can not be canceled, or exchanged for cash.

The Refund Voucher can be used as payment for an order with a value less than the amount of the voucher. The remaining balance can be used for the next purchase.

What to do if canceling a reservation? Does GoWabi have a cancellation policy?

Gowabi reserves the rights to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate the service, service price and the service terms & condition at any time without prior notice.

Please refer to “Cancellation & Refund Policy” or add us on the LINE (Line id: @gowabi) or write to us at [email protected] from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, every day.

You will receive a full refund in the form of a “Refund Voucher” to your GoWabi account under the “My Voucher” option.


GoWabi would like to inform you that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or No Show (not showing up for the appointment) will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Timed or dated appointments and reservations: 

GoWabi offers a 24-hour refund guarantee from the time of purchase or booking. If you prefer to cancel your appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will refund you 100% in the form of a “Refund Voucher” to your GoWabi account under the “My Vouchers” option.
Please note that the refund cancellation policy may vary by store. You can check the cancellation policy specified on the booking confirmation page.

e-Vouchers and deal coupons: 

GoWabi offers a 7-day refund policy for services that are not part of the Flash Sale (Flash Sale eVoucher). If you change your mind within 7 days of purchasing an e-Voucher or deal coupon, we will provide a 100% refund in the form of Refund Voucher.


e-Vouchers or deal coupons that have been redeemed or are beyond the 7-day refund policy are non-refundable.
Refunds cannot be processed for orders made through Third Party or under partner condition’s. Please review the terms and conditions before making a purchase.


*Flash sale and Buy Now User Later services can not be requested for cancellation and refunds. (Flash sale and Buy Now User Later services are non refundable)
*Expired e-Vouchers can not be requested for cancellation and refunds.(Expired e-Vouchers are non refundable)

GoWabi Gift Card: 

GoWabi Gift Card cannot be refunded after purchase. GoWabi Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed once the expiration date has passed.

Credit Card Installment Cancellation & Refund

  • Services purchased using credit card installment cannot request for cancellation and refund under any circumstances.
  • Services purchased using credit card installment cannot request for exchange or transferring to cash under any circumstances.
  • In case of dissatisfaction on services, GoWabi will not be responsible to refund. Customer must request for a refund with the merchant directly.
