It is depended on your payment type, if youÂ
Pay with Credit/Debut Card, Promptpay, Rabbit LINE Pay, TrueMoney Wallet or Alipay, you will receive a confirmation instantly after you completed a payment.Â
Pay with Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, you will receive a confirmation within 1 hour after you completed a payment.Â
Pay with Bank Transfer, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours after you completed a payment and sent a transfer slip to our customer service team via LINE (LINE account: @gowabi)
Where is my booking confirmation email?
Booking confirmation is immediate. You will receive an instant confirmation email that gives you the details of your booking; this includes your booking confirmation number, which can also be seen in your GoWabi Profile under “My Profile”. You will also be able to see all the appointments you have made under this tab. If you have not received your booking confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder, if you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will re-send the confirmation to you.
