- Advance Reservation: To ensure availability of both vehicle and chauffeur, we kindly recommend making a reservation at least 24–48 hours in advance.
- Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, we respectfully request that this be done at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- Please note that the company reserves the right to decline service or process refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance.

- Modifications and Cancellations: Any changes to a booking or requests for cancellation must be communicated and acknowledged by the company at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid charges.
- No-Show Policy: In the event a passenger fails to arrive at the designated meeting point and is unreachable by the provided contact details, the booking will be considered a ""No-Show."" The company reserves the right to charge the full agreed-upon service fee.
