• If you are more than 15 minutes late, service time may be shortened or your booking may be canceled without a refund
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full
• To reschedule or cancel, please notify at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full amount may be charged

• For multi-session services, the first session must be scheduled before the voucher expiry date; subsequent sessions must be arranged directly with the provider and depend on availability
