Probably riding high on its popularity, this place is slipping in service standards. Too many newly opened competition now in Bangkok and Thailand to be “chasing” customers away ahead of closing time. This sauna pre-Covid used to close at midnight or 11pm and post-Covid, rather than revert to former hours, has decided to make customers uncomfortable by standing around at onsen area by 930-9.35. Also, it is unnecessary for staff to come in to the wet zone at least every 5-10 mins and on multiple times last night, two staff at at a time. Does not make for a relaxing, quiet and enjoyable experience. Lastly, whilst I was still in the reception area before leaving, one of the two male staff who was in the wet area, was seen at the spa’s restaurant when this should be time that they are closing the wet area and putting away the water cooler, etc. Not so they can socialize on the dot or before 10.
