- Service Eligibility & Refund Policy: Buggy service is not available for flights arriving at gates D4, D6, Bus Gate (Main Terminal), and gates S101-S128 (Satellite Terminal 1). These gates are in close proximity to the immigration area, making ground transport unnecessary. Eligible customers will receive a full refund of the buggy service fee, which will be processed within 7-15 business days.
- Limitation of Liability: The service provider assumes no liability for passenger safety, loss or damage to personal property, or any consequential damages resulting from missed flights or travel connections.
- Service Area: This service is exclusively available at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
