Things you should know:

• Cannot be combined with other promotions
• All shop details, contact info, and location are included in your booking confirmation email or in the GoWabi app under “My Purchases”
• We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 1 day in advance
• Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your session
• Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may shorten your session or result in cancellation without refund
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable
• To reschedule or cancel, please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance
• Present your QR code or booking number before using the service
• For multi-session bookings, the first session must be used before the voucher expires. Subsequent appointments must be made directly with the clinic

Cancellation & Refund Policy
